Dennis Shen is Chair of the Macroeconomic Council and Lead Global Economist of Scope Ratings GmbH – the European rating agency – based in Berlin, Germany. Dennis is a regular contributor for the London School of Economics, and supports the Berlin-based NGO, Visioneers gGmbH, on the Supervisory Board. Dennis sits as member of the Experts Board of Wikirating Association, and serves as lecturer of sovereign ratings at the International School of Management (Germany).
